This formula contains fiber and botanical ingredients, made in small batches in the Utah Evergreen Apothecary, following all GMP guidelines and state regulations. Oregon grape root contains naturally occurring compounds, including berberine. This product is intended to support general wellness. Bitter Melon: Bitter melon has a history of traditional use in Ayurvedic practices. 

One jar has 20 days of capsules, if taking the recommended dosage. Evergreen Apothecary recommends pairing this capsule with healthy fats to help absorption.
