Shipping policy
At Anna James Boutique, we take great care in packaging every order to help ensure your items arrive safely. Many of our products are packaged in glass jars and bottles, and we use protective packing materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
While we carefully package each order, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s), the shipping box, and any packaging materials. We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Anna James Boutique is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Some items may melt during shipping in the summer months. This is noted on the applicable items in their respective product descriptions. By purchasing, you acknowledge that softening or melting of the product is possible. If your item(s) do arrive melted, it does not mean the product has lost effectiveness! Simply stir the product and place in the fridge to cool and re-solidify.
