Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

Due to health, safety, and quality standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered-with products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Some products sold by Anna James Boutique may be sensitive to heat and temperature changes during shipping. While we take care to package orders appropriately, we cannot guarantee that heat-sensitive items will not soften, melt, or change consistency during transit, especially during warmer months.

Minor melting, softening, separation, or changes in texture that do not affect the safety or effectiveness of the product are not considered damage and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Customers assume responsibility for monitoring local weather conditions and retrieving packages promptly upon delivery. If a product arrives significantly damaged due to extreme temperatures, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your claim. If you are approved for a refund, it will be issued to your original method of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged item, incorrect item, or an error on our part.
